Jason W Kim e2fece2f4c Refactor the ELFRelocationEntry (pull up) and move the arch-specific statics to inside the class where it belongs. 
Next step is to rationally break apart the RecordRelocation()

Probably the step will be to have 1 member function for ech slot of the ELFRelocationEntry()

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
