Chad Rosier 09bc7a9c8d [ms-inline asm] Add support of imm displacement before bracketed memory
expression.  Specifically, this syntax:

 ImmDisp [ BaseReg + Scale*IndexReg + Disp ] 

We don't currently support:

 ImmDisp [ Symbol ]
