Dan Gohman f5dfb360be Just as its not safe to blindly transfer the nsw bit from an add 
instruction to an add scev, it's not safe to blindly transfer the
inbounds flag from a gep instruction to an nsw on the scev for the
gep.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
