Craig Topper f6641677a8 [X86] Use a specific list of MVTs in combineShiftRightArithmetic instead of iterating over every integer VT and checking their size. 
Previously, we were checking for MVTs with sizes betwen 8 and 64 which only includes i8, i16, i32, and i64 today. But I don't think we should assume that and should list the types that are legal for x86. I also don't think we need i64 since type legalization is guaranteed to split those up.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
suggestions.
