Summary: The CLR's personality routine passes these in rdx/edx, not rax/eax. Make getExceptionPointerRegister a virtual method parameterized by personality function to allow making this distinction. Similarly make getExceptionSelectorRegister a virtual method parameterized by personality function, for symmetry.
