Fixed remaining conflicts

Fixed remaining conflicts from O1L/rpcs3 (master):
* Removed cellPhotoDecodeUtil.cpp, cellPhotoImportUtil.cpp and
cellScreenShotUtility.cpp which are already present.
* Updated cellSaveData.cpp to fix the conflicts.
