Update ASSUME, add ASSERT and AUDIT

Browse Source 
- ASSUME now uses __builtin_assume in clang
- ASSERT defined as a wrapper around verify
- AUDIT aliases ASSERT when _DEBUG or _AUDIT are set, otherwise empty
