Update Hogwarp (#31) 
* Add note for Download URL

* Update Hogwarp

Remove DOWNLOAD_URL value, config file is located in the zip they provide in Discord, so this was removed from the install script 

Changed Wine to wine_latest, and dotnet trick to dotnet8

* Remove Dotnet workaround

* Pelican export
