* Turn ACTOR_TYPE_XXX defines into an ActorType macro.
* Remove erroneously added src/world/common/spiked_goomba.c.

Replace get_variable with evt_get_variable in .s files ( #410 )

* fix symbol_addrs error
* add evt_ 'prefix' to the dead functions in dead-h
