Lighthouse (Members)

The Lighthouse contains a multicombat dungeon filled with dagannoths: please be aware of the risk of death if you get attacked by a lot of dagannoths at the same time, and hence only bring items you are willing to lose.

Introduction

Much can be found under the Lighthouse....

The Fremennik Lighthouse, protecting unwary ships from hazardous rocks north of Kandarin, has recently ceased to function, and the Council have become very concerned about the potential hazard to shipping that may result from this.

Local rumours of a mysterious Horror from the Deep can probably be ignored, as the Council would like to assure its citizens that there is no such thing as sea monsters.

The Lighthouse is located north of the Barbarian Agility course, found north-west of Seers' Village.

You can also get to the Lighthouse dungeon if you are escaping from the final area of Waterbirth Island dungeon.

After Horror from the Deep is completed, Jossik will happily sell a wide variety of items to you on the first floor of the Lighthouse.

There is a plentiful supply of dagannoths beneath the Lighthouse, found in a large multicombat room.

This cavern is quite large, and is crammed with dagannoths, so be warned: if you enter alone, prepare for multiple Ranged/melee attacks!

Personalities

Jossik Plagued by the strange noises from below the Lighthouse, and worrying about what befell his uncle, Jossik isn't having the time of his life in the Lighhouse. His problems have been clearing the longer Larrissa is here, his one love in this desolate place.		Larrissa A local Fremennik girl, Larrissa has been visiting the Lighthouse for some time now, and has been purchasing goods from Jossik that are not for sale in her home town. While she has been developing quite a relationship with Jossik, she worries about his problems with what happened in the deeps...
Jossik can be found on the first floor of the Lighthouse, where he tries to sell items to make whatever cash he can.		Larrissa can be found outside the Lighthouse.

Dagannoth (Level 74/92)

It wouldn't be considered a Fremennik land if there wasn't a dagannoth in the area, so watch out after the quest for two types of dagannoth in the Lighthouse dungeon.

The level 74 dagannoths will use Ranged attacks against you, and the level 92 dagannoths will use strong melee attacks against you.

Miscellaneous

Players escaping from Waterbirth Island Dungeon and the power of the Dagannoth Kings will find themselves beneath the Lighthouse.
Dagannoths are a popular task among some Slayer Masters, and there is a plentiful supply here - if you don't want to travel to Waterbirth Island.
