b9a895cc5a Update recommendations and relist vaft 
"Video Ad-Block, for Twitch (fork)" has been relisted in the recommendations as it does still work in terms of hiding the ads.

"vaft" has been improved and relisted. This solution is now a hybrid of embed / proxy / the "commercial break in progress" screen. If one method fails it moves to the next.

bd96135e24 Add "notify-swap" #59 and "vaft" #61 
- Added "notify-swap" #59 which swaps the entire stream during ads instead of stripping ad segments. This should fix freezing issues on firefox.
- Added "vaft" #61 which is "Video Ad-Block, for Twitch" (fork) as a script.
- Removed "proxy" as there is a better open source alternative https://github.com/arthurbolsoni/Purple-adblock/
- Unlist "bypass" as it's built into ublock origin and doesn't really work anymore (though may reduce prerolls).
- Updated misc links in full-list.md

7cd39f59f1 Unlist malicious extension "Video Ad-Block, for Twitch" 
5.3.4 (March 29, 2022) release of "Video Ad-Block, for Twitch" includes code which intercepts almost all amazon.co.uk requests.

This commit unlists the mentioned extension. This also unlists "Ad-Free But 480p, for Twitch" (though unaffected, it's published by the same developer).

f37af09192 Script improvements #17 #24 #28 
- Change notify-strip and notify-reload algorithms to handle midrolls better and hopefully fix audio desync
- Fetch native resolution earlier
- Enforce site player type to avoid issues on embedded sites
- Removed unused / broken scripts
- Improve readme and full list info
- Experimentally testing rolling device id, may remove

List "Purple AdBlock" 
- Unlist `video-swap` as it a isn't very suitable solution.
- Unlist `proxy-m3u8` as it has pointed to a dead proxy for a while.
- Provide old version of `notify-strip` due to audio desync / midroll freezing issues.
