2434a2b7f0 travis: Install libjack on macOS. 
ffmpeg/libavcodec seems to require it.

fd2637f5be Re-enable travis builds for macOS. 
Since 13f8d4530d all macOS-related build
failures have been cleared, so travis can build again.
