Revert "Rename InlineFeatureAnalysis to FunctionPropertiesAnalysis"

This reverts commit 44a6bda19b40f2dfcbe92fc3d58bb6276c71ef78. I forgot
to correctly attibute it to tarinduj. Fixing and resubmitting.
