054ffcf2c3 CodeGen: Assert that inlined-at locations agree
As a follow-up to r234021, assert that a debug info intrinsic variable's
`MDLocalVariable::getInlinedAt()` always matches the
`MDLocation::getInlinedAt()` of its `!dbg` attachment.

The goal here is to get rid of `MDLocalVariable::getInlinedAt()`
entirely (PR22778), but I'll let these assertions bake for a while
first.

If you have an out-of-tree backend that just broke, you're probably
attaching the wrong `DebugLoc` to a `DBG_VALUE` instruction. The one
you want is the location that was attached to the corresponding
`@llvm.dbg.declare` or `@llvm.dbg.value` call that you started with.

edd9e25527 IR: Take advantage of -verify checks for MDExpression
Now that we check `MDExpression` during `-verify` (r232299), make
the `DIExpression` wrapper more strict:

  - remove redundant checks in `DebugInfoVerifier`,
  - overload `get()` to `cast_or_null<MDExpression>` (superseding
    `getRaw()`),
  - stop checking for null in any accessor, and
  - remove `DIExpression::Verify()` entirely in favour of
    `MDExpression::isValid()`.

There is still some logic in this class, mostly to do with high-level
iterators; I'll defer cleaning up those until the rest of the wrappers
are similarly strict.

As a workaround, add an explicit way to get the MachineInstr.

2b1df58ebe Move the complex address expression out of DIVariable and into an extra
argument of the llvm.dbg.declare/llvm.dbg.value intrinsics.

Previously, DIVariable was a variable-length field that has an optional
reference to a Metadata array consisting of a variable number of
complex address expressions. In the case of OpPiece expressions this is
wasting a lot of storage in IR, because when an aggregate type is, e.g.,
SROA'd into all of its n individual members, the IR will contain n copies
of the DIVariable, all alike, only differing in the complex address
reference at the end.

By making the complex address into an extra argument of the
dbg.value/dbg.declare intrinsics, all of the pieces can reference the
same variable and the complex address expressions can be uniqued across
the CU, too.
Down the road, this will allow us to move other flags, such as
"indirection" out of the DIVariable, too.

The new intrinsics look like this:
declare void @llvm.dbg.declare(metadata %storage, metadata %var, metadata %expr)
declare void @llvm.dbg.value(metadata %storage, i64 %offset, metadata %var, metadata %expr)

This patch adds a new LLVM-local tag to DIExpressions, so we can detect
and pretty-print DIExpression metadata nodes.

What this patch doesn't do:

This patch does not touch the "Indirect" field in DIVariable; but moving
that into the expression would be a natural next step.

cb9ca86245 Replace PROLOG_LABEL with a new CFI_INSTRUCTION.
The old system was fairly convoluted:
* A temporary label was created.
* A single PROLOG_LABEL was created with it.
* A few MCCFIInstructions were created with the same label.

The semantics were that the cfi instructions were mapped to the PROLOG_LABEL
via the temporary label. The output position was that of the PROLOG_LABEL.
The temporary label itself was used only for doing the mapping.

The new CFI_INSTRUCTION has a 1:1 mapping to MCCFIInstructions and points to
one by holding an index into the CFI instructions of this function.

I did consider removing MMI.getFrameInstructions completelly and having
CFI_INSTRUCTION own a MCCFIInstruction, but MCCFIInstructions have non
trivial constructors and destructors and are somewhat big, so the this setup
is probably better.

The net result is that we don't create temporary labels that are never used.

a295f68201 Reapply an improved version of r180816/180817.
Change the informal convention of DBG_VALUE machine instructions so that
we can express a register-indirect address with an offset of 0.
The old convention was that a DBG_VALUE is a register-indirect value if
the offset (operand 1) is nonzero. The new convention is that a DBG_VALUE
is register-indirect if the first operand is a register and the second
operand is an immediate. For plain register values the combination reg,
reg is used. MachineInstrBuilder::BuildMI knows how to build the new
DBG_VALUES.

51accf509d Use MachineInstrBuilder in InstrEmitter.
This is supposed to be a mechanical change with no functional effects.

InstrEmitter can generate all types of MachineOperands which revealed
that MachineInstrBuilder was missing a few methods, added by this patch.

Besides providing a context pointer to MI::addOperand(),
MachineInstrBuilder seems like a better fit for this code.

eab040c93e Remove the explicit MachineInstrBuilder(MI) constructor.
Use the version that also takes an MF reference instead.

It would technically be possible to extract an MF reference from the MI
as MI->getParent()->getParent(), but that would not work for MIs that
are not inserted into any basic block.

Given the reasonably small number of places this constructor was used at
all, I preferred the compile time check to a run time assertion.

8ae006400b Add an MF argument to MachineInstr::addOperand().
Just like for addMemOperand(), the function pointer provides a context
for allocating memory. This will make it possible to use a better memory
allocation strategy for the MI operand list, which is currently a slow
std::vector.

Most calls to addOperand() come from MachineInstrBuilder, so give that
class an MF reference as well. Code using BuildMI() won't need changing
at all since the MF reference is already required to allocate a
MachineInstr.

Future patches will fix code that calls MI::addOperand(Op) directly, as
well as code that uses the now deprecated MachineInstrBuilder(MI)
constructor.

301af79343 Add a new kind of MachineOperand: MO_TargetIndex.
A target index operand looks a lot like a constant pool reference, but
it is completely target-defined. It contains the 8-bit TargetFlags, a
32-bit index, and a 64-bit offset. It is preserved by all code generator
passes.

TargetIndex operands can be used to carry target-specific information in
cases where immediate operands won't suffice.

77ce60119b Add a new kind of MachineOperand: MO_RegisterMask.
Register masks will be used as a compact representation of large clobber
lists. Currently, an x86 call instruction has some 40 operands
representing call-clobbered registers. That's more than 1kB of useless
operands per call site.

A register mask operand references a bit mask of call-preserved
registers, everything else is clobbered. The bit mask will typically
come from TargetRegisterInfo::getCallPreservedMask().

By abandoning ImplicitDefs for call-clobbered registers, it also becomes
possible to share call instruction descriptions between calling
conventions, and we can get rid of the WINCALL* instructions.

This patch introduces the new operand kind. Future patches will add
RegMask support to target-independent passes before finally the fixed
clobber lists can be removed from call instruction descriptions.

0ac693a89e Improve MachineMemOperand handling.
- Allocate MachineMemOperands and MachineMemOperand lists in MachineFunctions.
   This eliminates MachineInstr's std::list member and allows the data to be
   created by isel and live for the remainder of codegen, avoiding a lot of
   copying and unnecessary translation. This also shrinks MemSDNode.
 - Delete MemOperandSDNode. Introduce MachineSDNode which has dedicated
   fields for MachineMemOperands.
 - Change MemSDNode to have a MachineMemOperand member instead of its own
   fields with the same information. This introduces some redundancy, but
   it's more consistent with what MachineInstr will eventually want.
 - Ignore alignment when searching for redundant loads for CSE, but remember
   the greatest alignment.

Target-specific code which previously used MemOperandSDNodes with generic
SDNodes now use MemIntrinsicSDNodes, with opcodes in a designated range
so that the SelectionDAG framework knows that MachineMemOperand information
is available.

c6c942b70f Add a bit IsUndef to MachineOperand. This indicates the def / use register operand is defined by an implicit_def. That means it can def / use any register and passes (e.g. register scavenger) can feel free to ignore them.
The register allocator, when it allocates a register to a virtual register defined by an implicit_def, can allocate any physical register without worrying about overlapping live ranges. It should mark all of operands of the said virtual register so later passes will do the right thing.

This is not the best solution. But it should be a lot less fragile to having the scavenger try to track what is defined by implicit_def.
