c4abcbefb1 Changes For Bug 352 
Move include/Config and include/Support into include/llvm/Config,
include/llvm/ADT and include/llvm/Support. From here on out, all LLVM
public header files must be under include/llvm/.

9236135e8f Support getelementptr instructions which use uint's to index into structure 
types and can have arbitrary 32- and 64-bit integer types indexing into
sequential types.

bba48ffc66 verifyFunction depends on dominator info, which levelraise does not declare 
that it needs.  This is pretty scary code!  This fixes

Regression.Transforms.LevelRaise.2002-07-16-SourceAndDestCrash
Regression.Transforms.LevelRaise.2002-07-31-AssertionFailure

4cc183889f Updates to work with recent Statistic's changes: 
* Renamed StatisticReporter.h/cpp to Statistic.h/cpp
    * Broke constructor to take two const char * arguments instead of one, so
      that indendation can be taken care of automatically.
    * Sort the list by pass name when printing
    * Make sure to print all statistics as a group, instead of randomly when
      the statistics dtors are called.
    * Updated ProgrammersManual with new semantics.

20c6eeb1e2 * Remove dead code from ExprTypeConvert.cpp 
- I->use_empty() can never be true because of the IHolder's
* Fix bug: test/Regression/Transforms/LevelRaise/2002-07-16-SourceAndDestCrash.ll
   - Add a new NewCasts member to VMC to keep track of casts that have been
     created and to ensure there is always a reference to the cast.
   - Extend ValueHandle a bit so it can be used in an STL container
   - Make sure we destroy the ValueMapCache before verifying the function
     in LevelRaise.cpp
