6249886257 [CUDA, NVPTX] Allow targeting sm_86 GPUs.
The patch only plumbs through the option necessary for targeting sm_86 GPUs w/o
adding any new functionality.

60d3ad74ce [CUDA] Add partial support for recent CUDA versions.
Generate PTX using newer versions of PTX and allow using sm_80 with CUDA-11.
None of the new features of CUDA-10.2+ have been implemented yet, so using these
versions will still produce a warning.

7c3ec02776 [CUDA] Implemented _[bi]mma* builtins.
These builtins provide access to the new integer and
sub-integer variants of MMA (matrix multiply-accumulate) instructions
provided by CUDA-10.x on sm_75 (AKA Turing) GPUs.

Also added a feature for PTX 6.4. While Clang/LLVM does not generate
any PTX instructions that need it, we still need to pass it through to
ptxas in order to be able to compile code that uses the new 'mma'
instruction as inline assembly (e.g used by NVIDIA's CUTLASS library
https://github.com/NVIDIA/cutlass/blob/master/cutlass/arch/mma.h#L101)

ae65e281f3 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

37cab8d9f7 [NVPTX, CUDA] Added support for m8n32k16 and m32n8k16 variants of wmma instructions.
The new instructions were added added for sm_70+ GPUs in CUDA-9.1.

136e458b75 [CUDA] Added rudimentary support for CUDA-9 and sm_70.
For now CUDA-9 is not included in the list of CUDA versions clang
searches for, so the path to CUDA-9 must be explicitly passed
via --cuda-path=.

On LLVM side NVPTX added sm_70 GPU type which bumps required
PTX version to 6.0, but otherwise is equivalent to sm_62 at the moment.

d3f53679f7 [NVPTX] Associate a minimum PTX version for each SM architecture
When a new SM architecture is introduced, it is only supported by the
current PTX version and later. Make sure we are using at least the
minimum PTX version for the target architecture.

This also removes support for PTX ISA < 3.2.

70fde80969 [NVPTX] Start conversion to MC infrastructure
This change converts the NVPTX target to use the MC infrastructure
instead of directly emitting MachineInstr instances. This brings
the target more up-to-date with LLVM TOT, and should fix PR15175
and PR15958 (libNVPTXInstPrinter is empty) as a side-effect.

da9a98c364 [NVPTX] Add more precise PTX/SM target attributes
Each SM and PTX version is modeled as a subtarget feature/CPU. Additionally,
PTX 3.1 is added as the default PTX version to be out-of-the-box compatible
with CUDA 5.0.

Available CPUs for this target:

  sm_10 - Select the sm_10 processor.
  sm_11 - Select the sm_11 processor.
  sm_12 - Select the sm_12 processor.
  sm_13 - Select the sm_13 processor.
  sm_20 - Select the sm_20 processor.
  sm_21 - Select the sm_21 processor.
  sm_30 - Select the sm_30 processor.
  sm_35 - Select the sm_35 processor.

Available features for this target:

  ptx30 - Use PTX version 3.0.
  ptx31 - Use PTX version 3.1.
  sm_10 - Target SM 1.0.
  sm_11 - Target SM 1.1.
  sm_12 - Target SM 1.2.
  sm_13 - Target SM 1.3.
  sm_20 - Target SM 2.0.
  sm_21 - Target SM 2.1.
  sm_30 - Target SM 3.0.
  sm_35 - Target SM 3.5.

4ca961430f This patch adds a new NVPTX back-end to LLVM which supports code generation for NVIDIA PTX 3.0. This back-end will (eventually) replace the current PTX back-end, while maintaining compatibility with it.
The new target machines are:

nvptx (old ptx32) => 32-bit PTX
nvptx64 (old ptx64) => 64-bit PTX

The sources are based on the internal NVIDIA NVPTX back-end, and
contain more functionality than the current PTX back-end currently
provides.
