Eli Friedman	6aaaadc188	Convert more tests over to the new atomic instructions. ... I did not convert Atomics-32.ll and Atomics-64.ll by hand; the diff is autoupgrade output. Jakob Stoklund Olesen	3d3cee403f	Disable the PowerPC/Atomics-64 test. ... The code inserted by PPCTargetLowering::EmitInstrWithCustomInserter for ppc64 is wrong, and I don't know how to fix it.
