23c462a8b5 Rename ExpandISelPseudo->FinalizeISel, delay register reservation 
This allows targets to make more decisions about reserved registers
after isel. For example, now it should be certain there are calls or
stack objects in the frame or not, which could have been introduced by
legalization.

d4c615be8c Followup on Proposal to move MIR physical register namespace to '$' sigil.

In preparation for adding support for named vregs we are changing the sigil for
physical registers in MIR to '$' from '%'. This will prevent name clashes of
named physical register with named vregs.

bb3ea20b55 [MIR] Repurposing '$' sigil used by external symbols. Replacing with '&'. 
Planning to add support for named vregs. This puts is in a conundrum since
physregs are named as well. To rectify this we need to use a sigil other than
'%' for physregs in MIR. We've settled on using '$' for physregs but first we
must repurpose it from external symbols using it, which is what this commit is
all about. We think '&' will have familiar semantics for C/C++ users.

637037fa50 [CodeGen] Don't print "pred:" and "opt:" in -debug output 
In -debug output we print "pred:" whenever a MachineOperand is a
predicate operand in the instruction descriptor, and "opt:" whenever a
MachineOperand is an optional def in the instruction descriptor.

e40ab0ed31 [CodeGen] Print external symbols as $symbol in both MIR and debug output 
Work towards the unification of MIR and debug output by printing
`$symbol` instead of `<es:symbol>`.

Only debug syntax is affected.

a2d7c39420 [CodeGen] Use MachineOperand::print in the MIRPrinter for MO_Register. 
Work towards the unification of MIR and debug output by refactoring the
interfaces.

For MachineOperand::print, keep a simple version that can be easily called
from `dump()`, and a more complex one which will be called from both the
MIRPrinter and MachineInstr::print.

Add extra checks inside MachineOperand for detached operands (operands
with getParent() == nullptr).

961f3df27b [CodeGen] Print register names in lowercase in both MIR and debug output 
As part of the unification of the debug format and the MIR format,
always print registers as lowercase.

* Only debug printing is affected. It now follows MIR.

110d12e519 ARM: mark CPSR as clobbered for Windows VLAs 
When lowering a VLA, we emit a __chstk call.  However, this call can
internally clobber CPSR.  We did not mark this register as an ImpDef,
which could potentially allow a comparison to be hoisted above the call
to `__chkstk`.  In such a case, the CPSR could be clobbered, and the
check invalidated.  When the support was initially added, it seemed that
the call would take care of preventing CPSR from being clobbered, but
this is not the case.  Mark the register as clobbered to fix a possible
state corruption.
