95037fa9f6 [RISCV] Switch to the Machine Scheduler
Most of the test changes are trivial instruction reorderings and differing
register allocations, without any obvious performance impact.

4058794030 [RISCV] Avoid generating AssertZext for LP64 ABI when lowering floating LibCall
The patch fixed the issue that RV64 didn't clear the upper bits
when return complex floating value with lp64 ABI.

float _Complex
complex_add(float _Complex a, float _Complex b)
{
   return a + b;
}

RealResult = zero_extend(RealA + RealB)
ImageResult = ImageA + ImageB
Return (RealResult | (ImageResult << 32))

The patch introduces shouldExtendTypeInLibCall target hook to suppress
the AssertZext generation when lowering floating LibCall.

a678d607a6 [RISCV] Only mark fp as reserved if the function has a dedicated frame pointer
This follows similar logic in the ARM and Mips backends, and allows the free
use of s0 in functions without a dedicated frame pointer. The changes in
callee-saved-gprs.ll most clearly show the effect of this patch.

f1498c6332 [RISCV] Add test cases for the lp64 ABI
These are closely modeled on similar tests for the ilp32 ABI. Like those
tests, we group together tests that should be common cross lp64, lp64+lp64f,
and lp64+lp64f+lp64d ABIs.
