1d1115c0c4 Rename TargetSelectionDAGInfo into SelectionDAGTargetInfo and move it to CodeGen/ 
It's a SelectionDAG thing, not a Target thing.

17080aa296 Remove getDataLayout() from TargetSelectionDAGInfo (had no users) 
Summary:
Remove empty subclass in the process.

This change is part of a series of commits dedicated to have a single
DataLayout during compilation by using always the one owned by the
module.

388bf1ebee X86: Fix conflict over ESI between base register and rep;movsl 
The new solution is to not use this lowering if there are any dynamic
allocas in the current function. We know up front if there are dynamic
allocas, but we don't know if we'll need to create stack temporaries
with large alignment during lowering. Conservatively assume that we will
need such temporaries.

da144ed5a2 Canonicalize header guards into a common format. 
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

2790ee3a8e Track IR ordering of SelectionDAG nodes 2/4. 
Change SelectionDAG::getXXXNode() interfaces as well as call sites of
these functions to pass in SDLoc instead of DebugLoc.

f94de5bf46 reimplement memcpy/memmove/memset lowering to use MachinePointerInfo 
instead of srcvalue/offset pairs.  This corrects SV info for mem 
operations whose size is > 32-bits.

fb6f4da0e0 Implement a bunch more TargetSelectionDAGInfo infrastructure. 
Move EmitTargetCodeForMemcpy, EmitTargetCodeForMemset, and
EmitTargetCodeForMemmove out of TargetLowering and into
SelectionDAGInfo to exercise this.
