Summary:
This patch checks if the section order is correct when reading a wasm
object file in `WasmObjectFile` and converting YAML to wasm object in
yaml2wasm. (It is not possible to check when reading YAML because it is
handled exclusively by the YAML reader.)
This checks the ordering of all known sections (core sections + known
custom sections). This also adds section ID DataCount section that will
be scheduled to be added in near future.

Summary:
This adds support for the 'event section' specified in the exception
handling proposal. (This was named 'exception section' first, but later
renamed to 'event section' to take possibilities of other kinds of
events into consideration. But currently we only store exception info in
this section.)
The event section is added between the global section and the export
section. This is for ease of validation per request of the V8 team.
This patch:
- Creates the event symbol type, which is a weak symbol
- Makes 'throw' instruction take the event symbol '__cpp_exception'
- Adds relocation support for events
- Adds WasmObjectWriter / WasmObjectFile (Reader) support
- Adds obj2yaml / yaml2obj support
- Adds '.eventtype' printing support

This allows to set custom Info field value for SHT_GROUP sections.
It is useful to allow this because we would be able to replace at least one binary
object committed in LLD and replace it with the yaml2obj based test.

Currently, it is possible to use yaml2obj for producing SHT_GROUP sections
of type GRP_COMDAT. For LLD test case I need to produce an object with
a broken (different from GRP_COMDAT) type.
The patch teaches tool to do such things.

I was trying to add a test case for LLD and found that it
is impossible to set sh_entsize via yaml.
The patch implements the missing part.

Dynamic section holds a table, so the sh_entsize might be set. As the
dynamic section entry size never changes, we can default it to the size
of a dynamic entry.

This change adds experimental support for SHT_RELR sections, proposed
here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/generic-abi/bX460iggiKg
Definitions for the new ELF section type and dynamic array tags, as well
as the encoding used in the new section are all under discussion and are
subject to change. Use with caution!

We've been running doxygen with the autobrief option for a couple of
years now. This makes the \brief markers into our comments
redundant. Since they are a visual distraction and we don't want to
encourage more \brief markers in new code either, this patch removes
them all.

We have a few functions that virtually all command wants to run on
process startup/shutdown. This patch adds InitLLVM class to do that
all at once, so that we don't need to copy-n-paste boilerplate code
to each llvm command's main() function.

Summary:
r327219 added wrappers to std::sort which randomly shuffle the container before sorting.
This will help in uncovering non-determinism caused due to undefined sorting
order of objects having the same key.
To make use of that infrastructure we need to invoke llvm::sort instead of std::sort.
Note: This patch is one of a series of patches to replace *all* std::sort to llvm::sort.

The original BinaryEncoding.md document used to specify that
these values were `varint7`, but the official spec lists them
explicitly as single byte values and not LEB.

Neither the linker nor the runtime need this information
anymore. We were originally using this to model BSS size
but the plan is now to use the segment metadata to allow
for BSS segments.

This is combination of two patches by Nicholas Wilson:
1. https://reviews.llvm.org/D41954
2. https://reviews.llvm.org/D42495
Along with a few local modifications:
- One change I made was to add the UNDEFINED bit to the binary format
to avoid the extra byte used when writing data symbols. Although this
bit is redundant for other symbols types (i.e. undefined can be
implied if a function or global is a wasm import)
- I prefer to be explicit and consistent and not have derived flags.
- Some field renaming.
- Some reverting of unrelated minor changes.
- No test output differences.

These indexes are useful because they are not always zero based and
functions and globals are referenced elsewhere by their index.
This matches what we already do for the type index space.

Summary:
This change introduces a `DynamicSymbols` field to the ELF specific YAML
supported by `yaml2obj` and `obj2yaml`. This grouping of symbols provides a way
to represent ELF dynamic symbols. The `DynamicSymbols` structure is identical to
the existing `Symbols`.

Summary:
This change allows yaml input to control the order of implicitly added sections
(`.symtab`, `.strtab`, `.shstrtab`). The order is controlled by adding a
placeholder section of the given name to the Sections field.
This change is to support changes in D39582, where it is desirable to control
the location of the `.dynsym` section.
This reapplied version fixes:
1. use of a function call within an assert
2. failing lld test which has an unnamed section
3. incorrect section count when given an unnamed section
Additionally, one more test to cover the unnamed section failure.

Sometimes program headers have larger alignments than any of the
sections they contain. Currently yaml2obj can't produce such files. A
bug recently appeared in llvm-objcopy that failed in such a case. I'd
like to be able to add tests to llvm-objcopy for such cases.
This change adds an optional alignment parameter to program headers that
will be used instead of calculating the alignment.
