a8eb1f20c0 [mips] Make Static a default relocation model for MIPS codegen
This change follows up defaults for GCC and Clang, so LLVM does not differ
from them. While number of the test files are touched with this change, they
all keep the old (expected) behaviour with the explicit option:
"-relocation-model=pic"
The tests that have not been touched are insensitive to relocation model.

30e2060cc5 [mips][ias] Remove spurious ';' from inline assembly test.
IAS will not emit it. NFC at the moment but will prevent a test failure once
IAS is enabled.

3ea2df7c7b [opaque pointer type] Add textual IR support for explicit type parameter to gep operator
Similar to gep (r230786) and load (r230794) changes.

Similar migration script can be used to update test cases, which
successfully migrated all of LLVM and Polly, but about 4 test cases
needed manually changes in Clang.

(this script will read the contents of stdin and massage it into stdout
- wrap it in the 'apply.sh' script shown in previous commits + xargs to
apply it over a large set of test cases)

9813b67bea [mips] Clean up the CodeGen/Mips/inlineasmmemop.ll test. NFC.
Summary:
Improve comments and remove a redundant attribute list.
There are no functional changes (to the CHECK's or to the code).

Part of these changes were suggested in http://reviews.llvm.org/D6637.

311b69b658 [mips] Set GCC-compatible MIPS asssembler options before inline asm blocks.
Summary:
When generating MIPS assembly, LLVM always overrides the default assembler options by emitting the '.set noreorder', '.set nomacro' and '.set noat' directives,
while GCC uses the default options if an assembly-level function contains inline assembly code.

This becomes a problem when the code generated by LLVM is interleaved with inline assembly which assumes GCC-like assembler options (from Linux, for example).

This patch fixes these conflicts by setting the appropriate assembler options at the beginning of an inline asm block and popping them at the end.

03f8f98410 Mips specific inline asm operand modifier 'D'
Modifier 'D' is to use the second word of a double integer.

We had previously implemented the pure register varient of
the modifier and this patch implements the memory reference.

#include "stdio.h"

int b[8] = {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7};
void main()
{
    int i;

    // The first word. Notice, no 'D'
    {asm (
    "lw    %0,%1;"
    : "=r" (i)
    : "m" (*(b+4))
    );}

    printf("%d\n",i);

    // The second word
    {asm (
    "lw    %0,%D1;"
    : "=r" (i)
    : "m" (*(b+4))
    );}

    printf("%d\n",i);
