Simon Pilgrim 497673b60c [X86][AVX] Add tests showing missed VPBROADCASTQ folding on 32-bit targets.

As i64 isn't a value type on 32-bit targets, we fail to fold the VZEXT_LOAD into VPBROADCASTQ.

Also shows that we're not decoding VPERMIV3 shuffles very well....

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
