Jacques Pienaar 77c93881e7 [lanai] Add areMemAccessesTriviallyDisjoint, getMemOpBaseRegImmOfs and getMemOpBaseRegImmOfsWidth.
Summary: Add getMemOpBaseRegImmOfsWidth to enable determining independence during MiSched.
