Craig Topper 5fa500a477 [ScalarizeMaskedMemIntrin] Don't emit 'icmp eq i1 %x, 1' to check mask values. That's just %x so use that directly.

Had we emitted this IR earlier, InstCombine would have removed icmp so I'm going to assume using the i1 directly would be considered canonical.

The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
