Reid Spencer 8c5c7c8453 Change casts from old style to new style. This helps document the details

better, gives the compiler a chance to validate the cast and reduces warnings
if the user turns on -Wold-style-cast option.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
