Owen Anderson 900ac27338 Thumb's forced-PC-alignment requirement applies to the _total_ displacement, not just to the fragment relative 
portion.  While the fragment boundary is usually already aligned, it is possible for it not to be, which 
would lead to a non-aligned final displacement.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
