Francis Visoiu Mistrih 92477f9fd2 [CodeGen] Print target index operands as target-index(target-specific) + 8 in both MIR and debug output

Work towards the unification of MIR and debug output by printing `target-index(target-specific) + 8` instead of `<ti#0+8>` and `target-index(target-specific) + 8` instead of `<ti#0-8>`.

Only debug syntax is affected.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
