Evan Cheng c971801ae1 Eliminate a couple of fields from TargetRegisterClass: SubRegClasses and SuperRegClasses. These are not necessary. Also eliminate getSubRegisterRegClass and getSuperRegisterRegClass. These are slow and their results can change if register file names change.
