Amaury Sechet cd1fa43291 Add binding for counting argument and find called value of call and invoke instruction from the C API. 
Summary: As per title. This remove the need to rely on internal knowledge of call and invoke instruction to find called value and argument count.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
