ec92476818 Add sanitizers
Leak sanitizer - tracks leaks.

Address sanitizer - like above and
prohibiteted operations on memory.

Thread sanitizer - tracks data races.

Undefined behaviour - like name says. ;)

4dc7da89ad tests: boost 1.64 has a print_log_value<nullptr_t> implementation
fixes:
error C2766: explicit specialization;
'boost::test_tools::tt_detail::print_log_value<std::nullptr_t>' has
already been defined

a40a2706a9 cmake: add support for include-what-you-use to check #include's
The output is currently very verbose and includes many false positives.
Adding a mapping file should solve this.
