d1eefbeac2 Fall back to selection DAG isel for calls to builtin functions. 
Fast isel doesn't currently have support for translating builtin function
calls to target instructions.  For embedded environments where the library
functions are not available, this is a matter of correctness and not
just optimization.  Most of this patch is just arranging to make the
TargetLibraryInfo available in fast isel.  <rdar://problem/12008746>

389cb9d8c6 During bottom up fast-isel, instructions emitted to materalize registers are at top of basic block and do not have debug location. This may misguide debugger while entering the basic block and sometimes debugger provides semi useful view of current location to developer by picking up previous known location as current location. Assign a sensible location to the first instruction in a basic block, if it does not have one location derived from source file, so that debugger can provide meaningful user experience to developers in edge cases.

684ae57b8e implement rdar://6653118 - fastisel should fold loads where possible. 
Since mem2reg isn't run at -O0, we get a ton of reloads from the stack,
for example, before, this code:

int foo(int x, int y, int z) {
  return x+y+z;
}

used to compile into:

fef30fcd5e Reapply bottom-up fast-isel, with several fixes for x86-32: 
- Check getBytesToPopOnReturn().
 - Eschew ST0 and ST1 for return values.
 - Fix the PIC base register initialization so that it doesn't ever
   fail to end up the top of the entry block.

b2d5b47efb Give FunctionLoweringInfo an MBB member, avoiding the need to pass it 
around everywhere, and also give it an InsertPt member, to enable isel
to operate at an arbitrary position within a block, rather than just
appending to a block.

b87c534168 Simplify FastISel's constructor by giving it a FunctionLoweringInfo

bd7194d21c Add a DebugLoc parameter to TargetInstrInfo::InsertBranch(). This 
addresses a longstanding deficiency noted in many FIXMEs scattered
across all the targets.

This effectively moves the problem up one level, replacing eleven
FIXMEs in the targets with eight FIXMEs in CodeGen, plus one path
through FastISel where we actually supply a DebugLoc, fixing Radar
7421831.

9ef9e2c758 Don't use the ISD::NodeType enum for SDNode opcodes, as CodeGen 
uses several kinds of opcode values which are not declared within
that enum. This fixes PR5946.
