The patch is generated using this command:

tools/clang/tools/extra/clang-tidy/tool/run-clang-tidy.py -fix \
  -checks=-*,llvm-namespace-comment -header-filter='llvm/.*|clang/.*' \
  llvm/lib/

da144ed5a2 Canonicalize header guards into a common format. 
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

bc3d149e98 Remove unused AsmPrinter OptLevel argument, and propogate. 
- This more or less amounts to a revert of r65379. I'm curious to know what
   happened that caused this variable to become unused.
