3e87a977f0 [SPARC] Fix fp128 load/stores
The generated code for the split fp128 load/stores was missing a small yet important adjustment to the pointer metadata being fed into `getStore` and `getLoad`, making it out of sync with the effective memory address.
This problem often resulted in instructions being scheduled in the wrong order.

I also took this chance to clean up some "wrong" uses of `getAlignment` as done in D77687.

Thanks @jrtc27 for finding the problem and providing a patch.

42b48dbe04 [Sparc] Fixes for the internal assembler
* Prevent the generation of invalid shift instructions by constraining
  the immediate field. I've limited the shift field to constant values
  only, adding the `R_SPARC_5`/`R_SPARC_6` relocations is trivial if
  needed (but I can't really think of a use case for those).
* Fix the generation of PC-relative `call`
* Fix the transformation of `jmp sym` into `jmpl`
* Emit fixups for simm13 operands

I moved the choice of the correct relocation into the code emitter as I've
seen the other backends do, it can be definitely cleaner but the aim was
to reduce the scope of the patch as much as possible.

I tried to use getOriginalAlign instead of getAlign in some

the offset in the pointer info. Since we're also passing the
pointer info we can use the original alignment.

3369238fc2 [SelectionDAG][Mips][Sparc] Don't allow SimplifyDemandedBits to constant fold TargetConstant nodes to a Constant.
Summary:
After the switch in SimplifyDemandedBits, it tries to create a
constant when possible. If the original node is a TargetConstant
the default in the switch will call computeKnownBits on the
TargetConstant which will succeed. This results in the
TargetConstant becoming a Constant. But TargetConstant exists to
avoid being changed.

I've fixed the two cases that relied on this in tree by explicitly
making the nodes constant instead of target constant. The Sparc
case is an old bug. The Mips case was recently introduced now that
ImmArg on intrinsics gets turned into a TargetConstant when the
SelectionDAG is created. I've removed the ImmArg since it lowers
to generic code.

5ec84d66c8 [LLVM][Alignment] Make functions using log of alignment explicit
Summary:
This patch renames functions that takes or returns alignment as log2, this patch will help with the transition to llvm::Align.
The renaming makes it explicit that we deal with log(alignment) instead of a power of two alignment.
A few renames uncovered dubious assignments:

 - `MirParser`/`MirPrinter` was expecting powers of two but `MachineFunction` and `MachineBasicBlock` were using deal with log2(align). This patch fixes it and updates the documentation.
 - `MachineBlockPlacement` exposes two flags (`align-all-blocks` and `align-all-nofallthru-blocks`) supposedly interpreted as power of two alignments, internally these values are interpreted as log2(align). This patch updates the documentation,
 - `MachineFunctionexposes` exposes `align-all-functions` also interpreted as power of two alignment, internally this value is interpreted as log2(align). This patch updates the documentation,

f8a414589e Apply llvm-prefer-register-over-unsigned from clang-tidy to LLVM
Summary:
This clang-tidy check is looking for unsigned integer variables whose initializer
starts with an implicit cast from llvm::Register and changes the type of the
variable to llvm::Register (dropping the llvm:: where possible).

Partial reverts in:
X86FrameLowering.cpp - Some functions return unsigned and arguably should be MCRegister
X86FixupLEAs.cpp - Some functions return unsigned and arguably should be MCRegister
X86FrameLowering.cpp - Some functions return unsigned and arguably should be MCRegister
HexagonBitSimplify.cpp - Function takes BitTracker::RegisterRef which appears to be unsigned&
MachineVerifier.cpp - Ambiguous operator==() given MCRegister and const Register
PPCFastISel.cpp - No Register::operator-=()
PeepholeOptimizer.cpp - TargetInstrInfo::optimizeLoadInstr() takes an unsigned&
MachineTraceMetrics.cpp - MachineTraceMetrics lacks a suitable constructor

Manual fixups in:
ARMFastISel.cpp - ARMEmitLoad() now takes a Register& instead of unsigned&
HexagonSplitDouble.cpp - Ternary operator was ambiguous between unsigned/Register
HexagonConstExtenders.cpp - Has a local class named Register, used llvm::Register instead of Register.
PPCFastISel.cpp - PPCEmitLoad() now takes a Register& instead of unsigned&

ae65e281f3 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and

fa32e290b7 [Sparc] Add support for 13-bit PIC
Summary: When compiling with -fpic, in contrast to -fPIC, use only the
immediate field to index into the GOT. This saves space if the GOT is
known to be small. The linker will warn if the GOT is too large for
this method.

Summary:
They've been deprecated in favor of UADDO/ADDCARRY or USUBO/SUBCARRY for a while.

Target that uses these opcodes are changed in order to ensure their behavior doesn't change.

51f7d78f33 [Sparc] Treat %fxx registers with value type Other as single precision
They get type Other when used in the clobber list in inline assembly.

05452859f5 [Sparc] Select correct register class for FP register constraints
Summary: The fX version of floating-point registers only supports
single precision. We need to map the name to dX for doubles and qX
for long doubles if we want getRegForInlineAsmConstraint() to be
able to pick the correct register class.

13e607925f [TLS] use emulated TLS if the target supports only this mode
Emulated TLS is enabled by llc flag -emulated-tls,
which is passed by clang driver.
When llc is called explicitly or from other drivers like LTO,
missing -emulated-tls flag would generate wrong TLS code for targets
that supports only this mode.
Now use useEmulatedTLS() instead of Options.EmulatedTLS to decide whether
emulated TLS code should be generated.
Unit tests are modified to run with and without the -emulated-tls flag.
