f8e67a04f4 Add intrinsics for Ivy Bridge's rdrand instruction. 
The rdrand/cmov sequence is the same that is emitted by both
GCC and ICC.

0c823ae0ed Add intrinsics, code gen, assembler and disassembler support for the SSE4a extrq and insertq instructions. 
This required light surgery on the assembler and disassembler
because the instructions use an uncommon encoding. They are
the only two instructions in x86 that use register operands
and two immediates.

6dbd5e534c Remove GCC builtins for vpermilp* intrinsics as clang no longer needs them. Custom lower the intrinsics to the vpermilp target specific node and remove intrinsic patterns.

f9c9d3e05b Remove the unaligned load intrinsics in favor of using native unaligned loads. 
Now that we have a first-class way to represent unaligned loads, the unaligned
load intrinsics are superfluous.

First part of <rdar://problem/8460511>.
