Jakob Stoklund Olesen 3f0825f966 TwoAddressInstructionPass::CoalesceExtSubRegs can insert INSERT_SUBREG ... instructions, but it doesn't really understand live ranges, so the first INSERT_SUBREG uses an implicitly defined register.
