Sanjoy Das 7ea6816a05 [StatepointLowering] Minor nfc refactoring ... Now that StatepointLoweringInfo represents base pointers, derived pointers and gc relocates as SmallVectors and not ArrayRefs, we no longer need to allocate "backing storage" on stack in LowerStatepoint.
