159510cace Add breakpoints to ScriptMachine, remove from GameWorld.
+ Adds breakpoints on program counter values to the ScriptMachine.
+ Adds breakpoint handler for acting on breakpoints
+ Remove GameWorld::script and make RWGame responsible for script
