a0c833f6c0 installer: Remove PSVince and use the built-in CloseApplications option. 
Now the installer will not perform a check when it starts for running process(es). Instead, it will warn just before the actual installation and offer to close any running process(es).

This works on >= Vista, but it's time to move on forward...

254b1cb58d Uninstall the old build when we are on 64-bit Windows. 
Only limitation is that the installer options will be reset, but I guess we can live with that.

35940b29d1 install the MSVC 2008 runtime dlls needed for Tesseract to work 
TODO: check for the runtime and don't install them if they are already installed
